Inspiriert durch die Leidenschaft für American Barbecue und die Liebe zu gutem Fleisch wurde BBQUE von Grillprofis für Grillfans entwickelt. Mit Kreativität und Mut entstand die erste BBQUE Sauce, die zunächst in der eigenen Küche von Hand gekocht und abgefüllt wurde. Der erste Geschmackstest erfolgte im engsten Kreis von Familie und Freunden und war ein voller Erfolg.
FROM THE KITCHEN POT TO SERIES PRODUCTION
With a calling for American barbecue, a deep passion for high-quality meat and a sure sense of excellent taste, combined with a spark of inventiveness and the courage to create the ultimate BBQUE sauces in your own kitchen. The result? A uniquely delicious drop of the original BBQUE sauce, carefully hand-made and bottled by convinced barbecue lovers a long time ago. The sauce is first tested in the closest circle of family and friends.
FROM MISUNDERSTANDING TO MARKET LAUNCH
It quickly became clear that this original BBQUE sauce refines every grilled dish in a very special way! It was almost an obligation to spread this culinary masterpiece beyond the circle of friends. Inspired by this mission, the BBQUE project was launched in 2011. Due to a misunderstanding, the initially planned 300 bottles became 3000 bottles - a happy misstep that gave birth to the BBQUE brand! Even without previous sales experience, these culinary treasures were sold quickly, supported by sensational feedback from retailers, and within a few days all the bottles were sold.
HOMEMADE SAUCES ON A LARGE SCALE?
Three more unique sauces were created and the increasing demand soon made it necessary to work with professional partners who are able to bottle the homemade recipes on a large scale but with the same character. A challenge, because BBQUE sauces only contain natural ingredients, no preservatives or concentrates and are not easy to process due to the high-quality base of fruit and tomatoes. True to the motto "nothing is impossible", we master this challenge, so we can assure you: the supply is secure!
