What does Saucenshop offer in its online shop?
With us you will find a large selection of food brands such as Develey, Löwensenf, Bautzner, BBQUE and Tabasco. Our range includes sauces for grilling and refining, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, hot and soy sauces as well as dressings and many other high-quality food products.
Where can I find information about ingredients and allergens?
You can find all relevant information on the product page in the online shop or on the product packaging.
What is the best way to store your products?
Closed products: Closed products should preferably be stored in a cool, dry place such as a pantry shelf. Direct sunlight and high temperatures should be avoided to preserve the quality and shelf life of the product.
Opened products: Once opened, products should be stored in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness and flavor. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use to minimize exposure to air, which can encourage the growth of bacteria and affect the quality of the sauce.
Order
How do I place an order?
Select your products, put them in the shopping cart and complete the purchase. Unfortunately, ordering by phone or email is not possible for technical reasons.
Do I have to register as a customer in order to place an order?
No, with us you have the option of placing your order without creating a customer account. You can simply order as a guest. If you order as a guest, you only have to provide the information necessary to process your order, such as delivery address and payment details.
Is there a minimum order value?
We have no minimum order value. You can also order just one jar of mustard. Tip: We will give you free shipping for orders within Germany with a value of €50 or more.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can shop with us securely and encrypted by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Gpay, Sofortüberweisung or direct debit. We attach great importance to the security of your data. All payments are processed via secure channels.
How much are the shipping costs?
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Spain.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic delivery (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
- Weight under 30 kg = 3.95€
- Weight from 30 kg = 7,90€
For orders over 50.00 € we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:
Netherlands, Austria:
- up to 6 kg = 7,95 €
- over 6 kg = 11,95 €
France, Italy:
- up to 6 kg = 11,95 €
- over 6 kg = 13,95 €
Spain:
- up to 6 kg = 12,95 €
- over 6 kg = 19,95 €
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?
After you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This confirmation contains all the details of your order as well as a summary of the items ordered.
The invoice will be sent separately after the goods have been dispatched. You will also receive this by email. We recommend that you regularly check your email inbox, including the spam folder.
What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation?
Could it be that your email address was wrong or there were connection problems during the ordering process? The order confirmation may also have ended up in your spam folder. Check there!
Please note that it may take some time for you to receive confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number via email with which you can track the status of your delivery online.
Can I buy from Saucenshop as a private individual?
Yes, whether you are shopping for yourself or for your company, you are very welcome here.
I want to order large quantities of products for my restaurant/business. How can I do this?
If you are interested in ordering larger quantities of our products for your restaurant or business, we will be happy to support you with individual offers and conditions. Please send us an email to support@culifoods.de with your exact requirements and the desired quantity.

Delivery
How long does the delivery take?
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
Shipping is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL.
Can I choose the delivery time for my order?
We currently do not offer the option to select the delivery time directly when ordering. Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing all the necessary tracking information so you can check the status of your delivery.
Are orders also shipped to countries other than Germany?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers delivery to several European countries including Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Austria and the Netherlands. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
Can I have my order sent to a packing station?
Sure, deliveries to packing stations are possible. Simply provide the relevant details when placing your order and please ensure that your package is labelled correctly in accordance with DHL's specifications.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are not at home, you can manage your shipment online, e.g. reschedule a delivery, have the package left with a neighbor, etc. Use the tracking link from our email to send your package. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your package yet, we recommend that you first check the tracking if you have received a tracking number from DHL. You can track your shipment on the DHL website to see the current status of your package.
If you have not received a tracking number or need further assistance, please send us an email to support@culifoods.de with your order number and the details of your order. Our customer service team will take care of your request immediately and help you find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I cancel my order?
Please note that our systems are highly automated. We want to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. That is why we can only intervene in the ordering and shipping process at a few points and cancelling your order is generally not possible. You are of course free to cancel the order. How can I return items?
You usually have 14 days to initiate a return.
Do I get a return label to send items back?
Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels and according to our cancellation policy, the buyer bears the costs for return shipping.
Will I get my money back for returned items?
Yes, as soon as we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you the full purchase price.
I received the wrong product, or my order was broken or the wrong quantity was delivered. What can I do?
